This group is an educational program based on Imago Relationship Theory and Emotional Freedom Techniques specially developed to help couples learn and implement the tools to have a successful relationship.
Group members practice relationship skills and learn how to “show up” as more conscious individuals and better partners.
Through the use of guided imagery, lectures, and written exercises you will learn:
- The most powerful communication skill required for building a healthy relationship.
- A simple, yet highly effective, technique for reducing and eliminating stress, anxiety, anger, and other negative emotions that destroy relationships.
- How to break “the same old relationship” patterns.
- To identify and change negative behaviors, beliefs, and attitudes which sabotage your relationships.
- How to turn conflict into resolution, intimacy, and personal growth.
- The value of saying goodbye and letting go of past relationships and painful memories.
- To identify your Imago – the fantasy partner that your unconscious mind has chosen for you.
- How to identify and close relationship exits.
- Why affairs occur and how to avoid them.
- How to rate your performance in your relationship and how to use this rating to make your relationship better.
- How to identify and give caring behaviors and why they are vital to getting what you want.
- How to create, share, and grow a life long relationship vision.
- How to keep the romance in your relationship by identifying fun activities, surprises, and appreciations that you and your partner can do together.
